Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Because all of our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we have a limited return policy.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
• Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
• You receive the wrong item.
• Your order is lost in transit (after carrier investigation when applicable).
If your order has one of these issues, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Ordering the wrong size.
• Change of mind.
• Buyer remorse.
• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
• Minor color differences caused by screen or monitor settings.
Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at [your email] with:
• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos of the product and packaging.
After review, we will either:
• Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
• Issue a full refund.
You may not be required to return the damaged item.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled because each item is custom made.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to our error or a defective product, we will provide instructions for the return if needed. We do not reimburse return shipping costs for returns that are not the result of our mistake.
